Couple's Counseling & Coparenting Consulting
Today’s world is fast, socially and digitally complex, and, in many ways, overstimulating. This makes it hard to stay focused on what really matters . . . the relationships with the most important people in our lives.
At The Center for Couples & Coparenting Solutions, we specialize in complex coparenting and couple dynamics in intact and separated families. We recognize that our past experiences can create challenges in becoming the parents and partners we aspire to be. We understand how essential friendships and support systems can break down following a divorce or separation, and we understand how easily we can lose touch with deeply held values and beliefs. We use a no-nonsense, consultative approach to help you rebuild trust and security with the most important people in your life.

Discernment counseling is a specialized, short-term approach for couples unsure about the future of their relationship, often considering separation or reconciliation. It helps each partner gain clarity and confidence in their decisions as they explore whether to work on the relationship or move forward separately.

Couple's Counseling
State of the science counseling techniques emphasize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), family system theory, and solution-focused techniques to resolve conflict, increase trust and security, improve communication, and strengthen and rebuild your relationship.

Coparenting Consulting
Parental separation will always be difficult for children. Using the latest research on the effects of divorce and separation on parenting we will help you and your coparent to overcome those difficulties to minimize or avoid the negative effects of separation on your children.
